We have both lived and worked most of our lives in Edmonton. Married for 26 years and are proud parents of a son, Stephen and a daughter, Katie who attend the University of Albeta.         

Terrence is a retired police officer with 34 years of service. 25 years with the Edmonton Police and 9 years with the RCMP.

Marilyn is a retired police officer with 33 years of service with the Edmonton Police.

We enjoy walking, cycling, golfing, skiing, boating, traveling and spending quality time with our family.

We have bought and sold investment real estate since the early nineties. Therefore it was natural progression for us to become further involved as real estate associates.

We decided to work as a team to make buying and selling real estate and enjoyable, rewarding experience.
