We have a 3 week training period in our boardroom then a 3 month mentoring program with a Dedicated Trainer who will help with new listings, presenting offers and following up on sales.

Test drive a real estate career by investing an hour on our Real Estate Simulator. You will receive a report comparing yourself with a group of $150,000 producers that suggest where your strengths lie and where you might need training and education.

Remember, if you become a realtor you are starting your own business. You will be the President, Sales Agent, and Secretary making the decisions that affect your future earnings. The investment in education, membership and licensing represent excellent value when you consider the huge inventory and infrastructure already in place. The mandatory Real Estate Agent Program is offered at the Real Estate Training Institute (780) 455 3522 or toll free (888) 358 3522, the cost is $4985.00 for three and a half weeks. There is an additional $10.00 charge to access an Official high school transcript to verify your high school diploma.There is an alternative correspondence course available through the Alberta Real Estate Association for $* (Call 1 800 661 0231). Local Edmonton Real Estate Board membership is $1171.30 and Real Estate Council of Alberta first year licensing fees are currently $645.00. The company will bonus back a substantial amount to assist in payment of these fees.
