We have a 3 week training period in our boardroom then a 3 month mentoring program with a Dedicated Trainer who will help with new listings, presenting offers and following up on sales.

The mandatory Real Estate Agent Program is offered through an correspondence course available through the Alberta Real Estate Association for approximately $3,400.00 (Call 1 800 661 0231). Local Edmonton Real Estate Board membership is $1758.75 and Real Estate Council of Alberta first year licensing fees are currently $725.00. The company will bonus back a substantial amount to assist in payment of these fees.
